How easy it is to make poached eggs in the Thermomix 
With the WunderPoach for four from Wundermix, 4 eggs can be poached simultaneously in the Thermomix. The individual egg containers have a capacity of 110 ml. This means that even eggs of size XL fit inside.

Quick instructions for our egg poacher WunderPoach for four

  1. Grease the egg containers with oil or butter.
  2. Beat eggs into the containers.
  3. Add 550 ml of water to the Thermomix
  4. Insert WunderPoach for four into the mixing bowl.
  5. Place lid and measuring cup on food processor.
  6. Set time, temperature and speed:
    Size M ~ 11-12 min / Varoma / speed 1.
    Size L ~ 12-13 min. / Varoma / speed 1
    Size XL ~ 14 min. / Varoma / speed 1
  7. After poaching, lift out cooking basket with spatula and carefully remove WunderPoach for four with 2 fingers.

  5. Setjið skálarlokið á
  6. Stillið tíma, hita og hraða:

  7. Lyftið körfunni upp úr með sleikjunni og takið eggin varlega úr með tveimur fingrum.
